Prospective VC Junior Varsity soccer players are advised to enter
training camp fit and ready to play! There will be a series of fitness
tests the first few days of training and players must be ready to
compete on day one.
At the very least prospective players must be running and sprinting on
their own to achieve aerobic fitness. They should also be juggling and
working on ball-handling skills.
Consider this fair warning that fitness will be a high priority in
deciding who makes the JV team and who does not.
